My check up shows improvement even though I have only been doing this vegetable priority diet for a week. My cholesterol was down to 178 with LDL at 109. Would like those numbers to drop more, but it is a good start. My weight is still 165. This is an improvement over my last check up.

It is really hard to not want to eat meat, drink sodas, and lay off sweets. It is especially hard when I eat out. Today I ate lunch at a restaurant. I chose the salad bar. Yet I had to eat the salad dry because they didn’t have a choice I could use. Oh well, who said this was supposed to be easy? I still need to lose another 10 pounds to be really heathy according to Dr. Fuhrman.
